Strategic Plan 2025–2028

Courageously following Jesus in the world, as family

The Alliance Northwest is stepping into a focused, Spirit-led future. Our three-year strategic plan outlines how we will courageously follow Jesus in the world, as family…developing healthy leaders, strengthening Spirit-empowered churches, and multiplying mission across our region.

This document is not a management plan. It is a declaration of intent, a shared articulation of what we believe God is calling the Alliance Northwest to become across the next three years. It is the result of prayerful discernment, honest conversation, and a collective conviction that the best days of this movement are not behind us…They are ahead.

Six Missional Outcomes shape everything that follows. They are not arbitrary categories. They are the Spirit-led contours of a healthy, multiplying, Kingdom-advancing movement: leaders who are spiritually whole; churches alive in Holy Spirit power; women fully released into their God-given calling; a district that looks like Heaven's Revelation 7:9 vision; churches incarnating the love of Jesus in their communities; and a culture so committed to reproduction that making disciples, raising leaders, and planting churches become as natural as breathing.

We are not asking you to execute a program. We are inviting you into a movement and shared commitment to becoming a district marked by prayer, transformation, and movement. Together, we are pursuing a future where every church and leader is equipped to participate fully in God’s mission.
