This was the cover story for the magazine, Fast Company, in May of 2005. The central thesis for the article was, “If given a choice between life and death, most people and leaders choose death if life requires substantive changes.”

In 1840, revival came to Ambergwysian located deep in the Cambrian Mountains of West Wales. It happened in a small congregational chapel called, Moriah. The story is inspiring as it teaches and models for us a desperation for renewal.
