First and foremost, we believe that God is fully able to provide what He wants for us. Further, we believe that the leader God sends us will desire to bring glory to God by passionately loving Him, modeling that love in loving us and leading us in loving one another, and by representing Christ to a fallen world. He will be devoted to the Great Commission in agreement with the priorities and doctrinal positions of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, bearing fruit consistent with Paul’s instructions to Timothy: above reproach and of good repute, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, sober, gentle, generous—and a stable and respected leader in his own family.
