Worship Arts Lead / Outreach & Student Coordinator

ACF Church is seeking a full-time Worship Arts Lead / Outreach & Student Coordinator to provide leadership and support to the Worship Arts Team and ACF Church by fulfilling creative and pastoral responsibilities as assigned.

The Campus Worship, Student, & Outreach Coordinator is a shepherd who is as passionate about discipleship as they are about musical excellence. Throughout the week they will work with the Campus Pastor to strategize how best to lead their campus in a culture of worship, as well as creating opportunities for both students and adults to take their next steps in their faith at the Campus level.

This role exists to disciple and develop teams who are passionate about leading people to Jesus through musical excellence, student discipleship, and outreach in the community - cultivating bringing this truth to life: “If ACF NE disappeared overnight, the community would miss us.”

Position status: Full Time (exempt) – 40 hours per week

Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday
