High School Pastor

ACF Church is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered High School Pastor to lead our student ministry for grades 9–12. This role focuses on helping students live out the ACF Youth Culture mission: Known, Valued, Connected, and Discipled in Christ. The High School Pastor will develop meaningful relationships with students, parents, and serve team members while creating engaging environments for spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Ministry Development
Lead all aspects of High School Ministry and programming.
Develop a discipleship path for students from 9th grade through youth adulthood.
Create and maintain a ministry calendar including events, retreats, and missions.
Oversee curriculum, teaching, and Bible studies for students.
Facilitate welcoming systems to integrate new students and families into ACF Youth Culture.
Establish and mentor a Leadership Coaches Team to support serve team members.
Serve Team Leadership
Recruit, train, disciple, and support serve team members investing in students.
Host interviews, onboarding, and regular training opportunities for serve team members.
Celebrate wins, encourage spiritual growth, and foster a culture of teamwork and unity.
Build personal relationships with leaders through regular meals, events, and mentorship.
Events & Programming
Plan, staff, and attend student events, including camps, conferences, game days, worship nights, and more.
Provide engaging and age-appropriate teaching at student gatherings (15–25 minute sermons, 1–3 times per month).
Communication & Collaboration
Lead huddles and training sessions for serve team members.
Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external partners in alignment with ACF’s mission.
Collaborate with Middle School Ministry and other church departments to maintain a unified culture.
Personal & Cultural Commitments
Prioritize Christ above all, pursuing a life led by the Holy Spirit.
Be an active owner and facilitator of ACF’s culture across students, serve team, and church staff.
Model integrity, humility, and spiritual growth in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Deep commitment to Christ and a passion for student discipleship.
Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills.
Experience in student ministry preferred, but a heart for mentorship and growth is essential.
