SEEN, KNOWN, BELOVED

Where Love Sees Us All

Last year, many of us gathered for the first Alliance NW Leaders of Color Retreat, where God met us in quiet yet powerful ways. Stories of rest, renewal, and healing reminded us that before God calls us to lead, He calls us beloved. This year, we’re continuing that journey together.

The 2025 retreat theme —SEEN, KNOWN, BELOVED: Where Love Sees Us All—is an invitation to remember the God who sees you fully, knows you deeply, and loves you completely. As leaders serving in ethnic and intercultural communities, we carry both the beauty and the weight of ministry. We pour out for others, often from places of exhaustion or invisibility.

This retreat offers sacred space to slow down, rest, and be reminded that God’s love meets us not in our productivity, but in our personhood.Through guided reflection, spiritual practices, and time in community with other brothers and sisters of color, we’ll make space to listen for God’s voice and receive His renewing presence together.

You are invited to come away for a few days—to rest, to remember, and to receive. You are seen. You are known. You are beloved.

The week will include:

- Guided meditations and spiritual formation exercises led by experienced spiritual directors

- Individual reflection times focused on deepening self-awareness and intimacy with God

- Opportunities for one-on-one spiritual direction

- Engaging group discussions to share insights and experiences

- Dedicated time for rest and renewal

Limited to 25 people.
