Church Health

The AllianceNW provides assistance to Pastors and leaders of churches long plateaued or in decline. ReNew comes along side local leadership to provide perspective, coaching, consulting, and resources that: 1) helps church leaders focus ministry toward better health and greater effectiveness; 2) assist during pastoral transition; and 3) provide direct intervention in a churches where there’s significant need for help.
 
Upon request, a coach or leadership consultant works with a local leadership.  Together a specialized plan is created to assist a congregation as they seek to be fully engaged in the life and mission of Jesus.
