Matt is the alpha male of his family, which isn’t hard, since he and his bride, Jamie have five daughters. After growing up as a flatlander on the Canadian prairies, Matt loves the incredible beauty of Oregon and is addicted to ESPN. He serves as our superintendent and loves working with leaders and churches of all shapes and sizes.

Morris is a genius any time you put him on the espresso machine. A lover of long walks, good friends, and great books. Morris and Ruth have two grown children and one grandson, Spencer. Morris leads the way in spiritual formation and direction.

Dennis Pust (Poost) is openly addicted to peanut M&Ms and is sly prankster. Prior to joining our team he served as lead pastor for 20-plus years in Roseburg, Oregon. Dennis and his wife Tracey just celebrated their 30th anniversary. The most caring of the team, he now overseas Church Health and International Partnerships.

Randy is a man that dreams big-just ask him about his plans to transform his backyard into an urban sanctuary.  He and his wife Kendra have three children, Audra, Karalee and Grant. As a successful practitioner, Randy loves to work alongside church plants and planters in seeing big dreams come to life.

Erik speaks three languages, loves 80’s music and is an official member of Red Sox nation. He and his wife Jeanne-Ann have two kids, Kynzie & Karston, and they are in the process to adopt two more children from Ethiopia. Erik directs our Next Generation Ministries working with Children’s and Youth Pastors.
